About US:

Moyo Sacco is the Leading Sacco in West Nile started in 2003 and registered with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives (MTIC) under Reg. 6780. The Sacco has membership of over 20,000 members and seeks to recruit the services of highly motivated and professional personnel to fill the following positions in the institution.

Job Summary:  The General Manager shall be the SACCO’s chief administrative officer and will oversee the day-to-day operations. The General Manager will provide overall leadership in doubling the bottom line of both profitability and outreach through sustainable and cost-effective implementation strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or related field, Master’s Degree in business administration or management (Added Advantage).
• Professional qualification CPA, CIMA, CIFA, ACCA (Added Advantage).
• Must have Demonstrable Communication Skill. Demonstrable experience in Cooperative/SACCO
• Management and stakeholder management with 5 years’ working experience (3) at supervisory level.
