Job Summary:   The Manager, Investor Services will oversee the Custody and Registration and Settlements teams (physical and electronic) in line with policies and regulatory requirements to achieve defined targets and quality standards, minimise risk and optimize regulatory compliance whilst maintaining a positive client experience.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a First Degree in Business Commerce
  • Experience Required

  • 1-2 years
  • Application of regulations, directives and STRATE rulesAdvanced knowledge and experience of Settlement systems and trends in the industry. Ability to logically manage access and segregation of duties to comply with bank and regulatory requirements
  • 1-2 years
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and understand risk (financial, reputational, regulatory, credit and documentary risks) as it relates to Settlements Operations and implement effective controls to mitigate and report on risks.
  • 3-4 years
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships within and external to the organization.
