About US:

AAR health services (U) Ltd was primarily a Kenya health insurance company that started operating in 1984 as an air and road ambulance service under the name Air Africa Rescue. AAR started in Uganda 1994, due to emerging market opportunities that led us to evolve into two independent companies in 2012. AAR health care providing quality and affordable health care solutions through clinics and emergency rescue services and AAR health services providing a wide range of insurance solutions to individuals and corporate organizations.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a University degree, with professional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
  • At least three years of experience.
  • Proven team player, good inter-personal skills, and ability to build personal and impartial relationships in the workplace.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, and result oriented.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.
