Job Summary: We are looking for a “Research Admin Assistant” in a contractor role. The chosen candidate will have outstanding administrative and communication skills, and will be an independent thinker with superb attention to detail and proactive skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatise in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR and other operational functions
- Helping with the recruitment process – sourcing, competitor mapping and associated admin.
- Preparing database for targeting candidates for various job roles.
- Any other operational/data entry task as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have relevant qualifications
- At least one year of work experience.
- Great team and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Autonomy, ability to work without too much supervision.
- Must be passionate, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly.
