Job Summary: The Officer, Collateral Maintenance will mainly track and maintain all collateral documentation held in support of credit, by ensuring proper control and follow up on scheduled renewals to ensure all documents are up-to date in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking & maintenance: Maintain the mortgaged property valuations tracker in conjunction with Credit Evaluation, Rehabilitation & Recoveries, Business and engage relevant stakeholders to expedite re-valuation of property due in accordance with credit policies & procedure manuals
- Reporting: Timely and accurate submission of all required returns/reports to stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must at least hold a University Degree in Economics, commerce, statistics, Land economics and any business-related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in risk Management
