INVITATION FOR THE PREQUALIFICATION OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SUAM CYDC FOR FY2023/2024.
Section A: Back ground.
Suam Child & Youth Development Centre is a holistic development ministry advocating for total release of children from physical, spiritual, socio-emotional and economic poverty in Jesus’ name supporting 342 vulnerable children in the community of Suam Town council, Bukwo District. The center is a church project of UAG church Suam and is in partnership with compassion international.
The project is seeking for the qualifies service providers in the categories of Works, Supplies and services

Section C: guidelines to the Supplier.
The service provider must provide the following on the bid document;
- A company profile.
- Valid Tax Compliance/Clearance Certificate
- Certificate of registration
- Evidence of Physical Address & Premises
- Memorandum/Articles of Association.
- Audited Books/Accounts.
- A non-refundable fee of 25,000= paid at the office by Cash
- Experience in the specific field of supplies/services. Attach a maximum of 3 copies of contracts or LPOs you have had over past years.
