Job Summary:  We looking for a Apprentice/ Technical Trainee M/F  based in Uganda who will develop young engineers technically and administratively by imparting practical skills and latest trends in automotive technology through the two year apprenticeship program

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist technicians as trainees learn through on-the-job training
  • To reduce vehicle delivery lead time to the possible minimum as per standard for better customer satisfaction.
  • To achieve skills levels through active participation/ attendance of practical and theoretical training sessions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma or Certificate in Automotive/Mechanics Engineering
  • Learning agility
  • Self-drive
  • Team Player
  • Innovative/ Creative skills
  • Flexibility/ Adaptability
  • Age: Below 25 years
