Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation of TotalEnergies Network safety and Management System through the Retail Territory Executives, Dealers and Station Staff to ensure safety of operations.
  • Assess the current equipment utilization on the Network and propose action plans to optimize equipment usage.

  • Consistently Review the distribution of the stations on the Network.
  • Study and suggest possibilities for creation, reconstruction, and acquisitions of service stations, if appropriate.
  • Carry out the preliminary zone studies, identify sites offering potential and determine their anticipated profitability.
  • Develop the investment dossiers in accordance with the profitability objectives: (Pay Back, Net Present Value, IRR) and proposes them to superiors.
  • Work closely with legal, SFS, engineering /operation and HSEQ units to ensure that network projects are in line with company strategy.
  • Monitor execution of structures with the units concerned and makes sure the program is respected.
  • Make post-investment analysis to assess the project impact.
  • Assess station profitability by following up on the contribution accounts for all network stations.
  • Generate and update the mapping tool to depict network positioning against competition.
  • Participate in negotiations of the rental arrangements (leases, etc.) that are expiring in liaison with the Company Secretary to ensure timely renewal of leases and rental payments.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Engineering and Commerce.
  • An MBA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Engineering and Commerce is an added advantage.
  • At least six years of experience in Retail & Marketing/Engineering/sales
  • A strong and broad-based business background.
  • High level of numeric and analytical skills.
