Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to oversee operations of the Apartment.
  • Ensure full compliance to Apartments SOP’s.
  • Able to Lead all key property issues and Handle complaints.
  • Able to prepare monthly reports and present them when required.
  • Able to coordinate with all HOD’s for the execution of all activities.
  • Able to oversee and manage all departments, working closely with all HODs daily.
  • Able to provide effective leadership.
