We have a proven track record in construction that includes; Civil Construction, Topography & Roads, Geo-Technics & Soil Mechanics, and Supply of construction equipment, other works include; Solar Energy, Agriculture, Mining& Petroleum, General Trading.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Producing reports for management
  • Training business developers and sales colleagues
  • Working in a client’s business or in an office.
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Working closely with the business owner on a business growth strategy and then devising an action plan with goals and objectives
  • Accounts reconciliation with suppliers and brokers
  • Constantly updating brokers on new and existing products.
  • Developing and sustaining solid multi-sectoral relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
  • The incumbent will also develop prompt bid quotation preparation and submission to the respective companies.
  • Build and develop strong strategic partnerships/ relationships within assigned market and channels
  • Plan and carry out consumer education within the assigned markets and channels
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as digital and social media advertisement, press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site
  • Work closely with support functions to follow up on maintaining a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Carry out market activations and product customer experience with respective sales teams through visits.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports on products and services.
  • You will provide any necessary support that the company needs to the best of your knowledge and you will give your assistance and any recommendations where necessary.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration/management, Logistics/supply chain, Management information systems, Marketing.
  • Five years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of the local language is essential.
  •  A drive to seek new business
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Good IT skills
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills
