Job Title:   Electrical Technicians (Several No Experience Jobs)   

Organisation:  Ntake Bakery and Company Ltd

Duty Station:  Namanve, Uganda

Reports to: Managing Director

Basic Salary: UGX 400,000-500,000/=

About US:

In 1979, our first product was baked giving birth to Ntake bakery. Since then we have grown into a multi sector business comprising of a bakery, wheat mill and paper recycling plant. With household names like Kaswa baking flour, AAA tissue and our bread which has come to be simply known as Ntake, we have endeared ourselves to the hearts of many Ugandans.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafting preliminary and detailed electrical engineering and installation designs
• Researching and reporting on implementation of housing policies, laws and standards and regulations that relate to electrical engineering and installation.
• Attending site and other technical meetings and producing minutes.
• drafting work plans and budgets for the electrical engineering and installation function in the departments.
• Supervising and reporting on electrical engineering and installation works.

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• The applicant must hold a Diploma or Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from either Kyambogo or Busitema University preferably.
• Ability to adapt to multi-cultural settings
• Effective organizational and planning skills
• Time management skills
• Technical skills
• Report writing skills
• Capacity for teamwork
• Innovation and concern for results, quality and standards.
• Ability to communicate in English

EXPERIENCE: It’s a fresher’s vacancy (No Experience is required)

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Saturday 7.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. at least.
