Job Summary:  We are interested in a sales manager with familiar and associated with sales before.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Make sales
  • Lead the sales team of above 10
  • Overseeing daily operations of the sales Team
  • Relaying information from the upper management to the sales department
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Any other duties that maybe assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold relevant qualifications
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate the sales representatives
  • Strategic sales planning skills
  • Forecast sales results and analyze data
  • Effective Verbal and written communication / Proficiency in English
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to delegate efficiently
