Bukona Agro Processors Ltd manufactures denatured ethanol from cassava used for clean cooking. The factory operates under the energy sector as it offers clean cooking energy solutions for its Business to customer and Business to Business segments specifically distributors both local and international. Our products range from GREENERGY bio- stoves, GREENRGY BIOFUEL and GREENERGY pressure cook.


Job Summary:  The Finance and Administrative Manager will be reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining up dated records of invoices and receipts, provide administrative support to the organization, organizing company records and maintaining inventory of office supplies.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Develop, manage, and monitor the company’s budgets, financial reports, and projection of funding needs
  • Ensure an effective internal control system is maintained and adheres to statutory and fiscal requirements
  • Prepare invoices for clients and resolve any billing issues;
  • Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Ensure timely compliance with tax reporting obligations
  • Ensure preparation of the company’s financial statements & reports on regular basis and submit to the Managing Director.
  • Develop, improve and document finance and administrative policies and procedures;
  • Develop a fixed asset register, filling and archiving system of all records of the company.
  • Support the Managing Director in relation to recruitment processes and human resources matters;
  • Ensure the safe custody and security of all organisations’ assets including insurance.
  • Supervise support staff under the Finance & Administration department.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, finance, business administration or any other related field / CPA
  • Experience in The Finance & Accounting Department for at Least five years
  • Accounting Packages Like Tally Erp9 or Quick Books Is an Added Advantage
  • Familiar with book keeping
  • Knowledge of Computers Especially Ms Word and Excel
  • Good Communication Skills Especially in English Language and Good at Personal Expression
  • Ability to Learn and Make Reports
  • Age: 25 – 40 years
