Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all defense suits are attended to in a professional manner by liaising with UAP’S external Advocates to ensure witnesses, documents and settlement opinions are quality and are available in time
- Establish that all third party recovery matters are identified.
- Monitor that demand letters are issued immediately a vehicle is repaired.
- Determine that lawyers are promptly instructed where negotiations have failed
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (B): Law (Required)
