Job Title:  HSEQ Officer (Fresher Job Opportunities)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contractors’ safety program including initiatives to train/improve, check and track contractor compliance with TotalEnergies standards
  • Design and implement improvements to the contractor works permitting process, continually checking that the process is being used effectively.
  • Plan and manages programs to monitor works such as JSTs, Remote Camera Surveillance and other initiatives as recommended by HQ Safety.
  • Establish an annual contractor HSE audit program and ensure the execution of all planned audits, with reports and follow up on closure of identified gaps
  • Establish and communicate annual contractor HSE objectives and KPIs & follow up monthly o Coordinate and organize at least one contractor safety day every year
  • Coordinate and execute contractor safety awards at least once a year o Track all permits issued to contractors in the e-work permit tool on monthly basis and conduct a trend analysis on the same
  • Conduct annual HSE evaluation of all contractors working with the company

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Sc. in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial)
  • At least two years hands on experience preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients
  • Strong conceptual and innovative skills.
  • Skills in analysis, planning, public speaking, supervision, computer systems (advanced Ms. Excel, Word and PPT) are preferred
