Job Summary:  The agent will serve as the point of contact between Sectorg3 and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to company services including communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The agent must be results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage client prospects.
  • The agent must ensure that the package the institute is paying for is the same package that Sectorg3 is receiving payment for.
  • Present, promote and sell Sectorg3 online services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers using available online demonstrations.
  • Communicate all the network and login issues being faced by the institute
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve through feedback

 



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Must have a portable device for showing to clients how Sectorg3’s systems work
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Must have a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
  • No experience needed
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards
  • Confident and charismatic approach to people
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields are a big added advantage.
