Job Summary:  The role is responsible for providing Leadership through Planning, Objective setting, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Management of both Internal and extern partners and take full ownership of infrastructure & processes aimed at Trade Marketing and Distribution excellence.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage the secondary supply chain, ensure order cycles, deliveries are adhered to, minimize the number of OOS situations by driving effective calls through team drive initiatives to ensure growth of target PO’s/MO’s;
  • Manage and ensure Distribution structure/ model, resources and budget requirements, trading terms, credit risk and customer pricing guidelines are adhered to
  • Schedule coaching sessions for members through direct engagement and route accompaniment, provide clear and timely feedback on opportunities for development
  • Maintain the collaborations with i.e. Distributors and Key Accounts to reach a preferred partner level
  • Constantly initiate, develop, and use initiatives to achieve outstanding performance
  • Ensure pricing strategies are implemented and recommended retail selling prices are respected at trade channels, as per trade marketing and distribution strategies
  • Ensure visibility of own brands across all channels by deploying and making effective use of POS materials
  • Measure and evaluate Distributor performance formally on a quarterly basis

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years experience in Trade Marketing activities with knowledge on Trade Marketing & Distribution
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills required
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage vast amounts of data
