Job Summary: The Procurement Officer will support Buildnet in the acquisition of materials and documents to fulfil requests for purchases, including preparing purchase orders and handling inquiries about orders. The incumbent will also follow through with purchase from order placement to payments and ensure order arrives undamaged and on time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a degree in other related fields.
- CIPS Or a Professional Course in a Procurement Field is an added Advantage.
- At least two years of related work experience.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written presentation, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
