Job Summary:   As our Tribe Arts Associate you will be
responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the art program onboard
as part of a team effort. Daily job functions range from marketing to
administrative to sales.

The Art Associate’s primary function is to market the onboard art
program, embody the Art Auctioneer role, perform sales, and arrange gallery and
auction displays, all while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiastic work
ethic and supporting Community activities. We would expect you to be a
self-motivated individual who carries a warm personality with amazing people
skills; be a great communicator, a good time manager, and have attention to
detail.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

 Arts Membership Support

·        Acquire new business links in the arts sector
to the tune of 2500 unique individuals

·       Support the planning and utilization of the
MoTIV gallery space including exhibitions.

·       Provide liaison between MoTIV and the Arts
Community including individuals and organizations

·       Ensuring that every guest event or
interaction generates gallery traffic and furthers interest in our art auctions

·       Assisting with auction preparations,
including artwork curation and room setup.

·       Developing and maintaining a promotional
mindset: constantly marketing the artwork, our gallery and yourself

·       Support the coordination of membership
activities.

·       Working with the team to devise marketing
strategies, and executing these marketing strategies.

·       Aid the members’ onboarding process and cross
sell membership plans to all member leads in the arts sector

·       Prepare requisition documents where need be(
cash, payment and purchase requisitions)

·       Keep record of all Artistes’ contracts and
notifying members in time for renewal.

·       Maintain and build an arts program database.

·       Support in creating exceptional experiences
and offer First Time Information about MoTIV and Tribe to visitors and offering
complaint resolution.

Art Programming Support

·       Schedule and maintain outreach calendar
activities, appearances, and other communication opportunities.

·       Aid in identifying and nurturing new and old
relationships with collaborative partners.

·       Report on all the above.
