About US:

Tujijenge Financial
Services Ltd, a growing Microfinance institution operating in Eastern region
with 4 branches at Busia, Mbale, Soroti and Namayingo.

 

Job Summary:  The Loan Supervisors will develop, supervise
and maintain a strong performing human resource to manage a good quality loan
portfolio in line with the company policies and procedures.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate must hold a degree in Business Studies, Education, Accounting,
Microfinance or Banking.

·       
At least
two years of working experience with a Microfinance, Banking sector or lending
institution.

·       
Possession
of supervisory skills is an added advantage

·       
Able to
prioritize tasks and assignments.

·       
Able to
work with minimal supervision and under pressure

·       
Good
knowledge of computer application (word, Excel and power point}

·       
Able to
prioritize tasks and assignments.

·       
A
positive and professional attitude to work.

·       
Able to
work with minimal supervision and under pressure

·       
Able to
meet reporting deadlines.

·       
Age: Between 25-35 years
