Job Summary:  The Team Leader will perform inherent tasks to
the works operation, planning, directing and controlling the teams and means
affected, according to the superior instructions and rules in force, in order
to guarantee productivity and efficiency, regular reporting of performed
activity and respect for the quality, environment and safety rules established.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Mota Engil Team Leader job must have at least five
years of professional experience in similar position on Road Works and/or
Earthworks;

·       
Minimum
10 years experience as a grader operator (preferential);

·       
Fluency
in English (mandatory);

·       
Communication
effectiveness;

·       
Planning
and organization;

·       
Team
work;

·       
Leadership;

·       
Mobility
availability.
