Job Summary:  The Customer Care Advisor will work to provide
quality customer service at Ecosqin, while increasing the company’s revenues
through increased sales.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

You will
be in constant communication with clients and correspond with them on a regular
basis, through emails, calls and social media messages.

customers with their orders or with any issue they might be having after
they’ve ordered a certain item.

up on the clients and make sure they’re satisfied with their orders and that
they’ve had a great customer experience.

all enquiries in time and give appropriate feedback to customers at the
earliest time possible.

incoming calls and handling all customer queries in a professional manner

new and related products to potential, new and old customers

customers with abandoned carts and performing relevant administrative

client accounts and giving customer technical support

customer correspondences


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any business related subject or
equivalent work experience

years’ experience working in e-commerce industry, warehouse setting, and
customer care

in the area of Logistics, Customer Service, FMCG companies.

motivated, customer-obsessed, flexible to deal with constantly changing demands
to drive improvements on behalf of Ecosqin’s customers in a fast-paced delivery

about e-commerce operations and Health & Beauty Industry

applicants must also have a typing Speed of 30wpm

literacy skills in MS Word, Excel and Internet or email.

Customer care, communication and interpersonal skills
