for the local market at affordable prices and are now operational in Uganda,
Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and are working towards expanding to the rest
of Africa to become the leading Pharmaceutical distributor in Africa.

 

Job Summary: The Branch Store Attendant will handle
clerical functions in the pharmacy as well as in sell, organize medication and
serve the customers.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Maintain
stock as per expiry dates (FIFO).

·       
Ensure
that all receipts are received as per SOP and well documented

·       
Ensure
that the store is closed at the end of the day

·       
Attend
to clients and advise them on dosage, drug administration & side effects.

·       
Chart
drugs sold to patients for monitoring of stock movement

·       
Document
all daily issues in their respectively log books.

·       
Clean
pharmacy equipment and premises as per company policy.

·       
Attend
to customers at the counter.

·       
Remove
goods for customer and dispatch them.

·       
Organize,
remove stock on the shelves as instructed by the Branch manager.

·       
Offloading
and onloading stock as required

·       
Deliver
stocks to customers as required

·       
Ensure
cleanliness of the company premises as per the company policy.

·       
Ensure
that monthly physical stock count of raw and packaging are done and reconcile

 

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·       
Must
have at least attained ‘A’ level certificate.

·       
Proven
working experience of one (1) year in pharma companies in the same role.

·       
Excellent
handwritten and speaking skills.

·       
Physically
fit.
