Job Summary:  We are searching for an ambitious, self-driven
and experienced Administration Manager to join our team! As Administration
Manager at Mfano, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business
operations. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the
efficiency of business as this is crucial for our growth and success. At Mfano
LAB, the Administration Manager is a crucial member of our senior management
team, who reports to the Managing Director. In this position, you’ll have to
manage and control diverse business operation and functionality of business to
drive extensive and sustainable growth, so we expect you to be a hardworking
and inspiring leader.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Design
and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

·       
Developing,
reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures

·       
Ensuring
office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and
properly maintained

·       
Oversee
daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Business Design,
UX, UI, Legal, Sales, Finance etc.)

·       
Lead
employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

·       
Working
with Finance and the Widescope management team to set budgets, monitor spending
and other expenses

·       
Write
and submit reports to the Managing Director in all matters of importance

·       
Manage
relationships with Clients and partners

·       
Building
a constructive and professional work environment

·       
Managing
messages to and from the Managing Director

·       
Identifying
areas to improve cost efficiency and performance

·       
Research
and implementing new development projects

·       
Carrying
out special tasks assigned by Managing Director

·       
Identifying
problems in operations and providing solutions to them

·       
Planning,
scheduling and promoting office events, including meetings, boot camps,
orientations etc

·       
Overseeing
special projects and tracking progress towards Company goals

·       
Building
new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities

·       
Ensure a
safe, secure, and well maintained office that meets environmental, health and
security standards

·       
Ensure
the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Mfano to facilitate
other business operations

·       
Keep
abreast with all Organizational changes and business developments

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, management
or related field; MSc/MBA is a plus

·       
Experience
of 3 years in a related field; experience in management in highly preferred

·       
Exceptional
leadership and time management, task and resource management skills

·       
Strong
problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written
communication

·       
Proficiency
with computers, especially MS. Office

·       
Ability
to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines

·       
Familiarity
with budget planning and enforcement

·       
Willingness
to continue building skills through education opportunities

·       
Demonstrable
competency in strategic planning and business development

·       
Experience
in fundraising will be a plus
