About UPF:
The Uganda Police
Force (UPF) is the national police force of Uganda. The head of the Force is
called the Inspector General of Police (IGP). The UPF is dedicated to ensuring
the good governance of Uganda. That means they allow for the effective
implementation of laws which control a state and provide for the security,
prosperity and development of a nation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold an O’ level certificate or its equivalent.
·
Must be
a Ugandan adult with a valid National Identity card
·
Proven
record of voluntarism with Uganda Police Force
·
Must be
physically fit.
·
Ready to
work for long hours and all times under difficult conditions.
·
Good
communication skills
·
Ready to
undergo basic Security Training / Course
·
Must not
be a serving officer in any of the forces.
·
Age:
between 18 and 40 years

recommendation letters from LC I, LC II, LCIII and GISO from the respective
districts of recruitment Which should be delivered to the District / Divisional

dates to be communicated.
