About US:

The Government of
the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and
Fisheries (MAAIF) applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of
the Agricultural Cluster Development Project (ACDP) and intends to apply part
of the proceeds for the Recruitment of Agricultural Data Analyst under the
Agriculture Cluster Development Project (ACDP).

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must at least hold a bachelor’s degree in statistics,
    mathematics, computer science, information technology or economics.
  • A Master’s degree in any of the above fields will be an added
    advantage.
  • Technical skills: The candidate must have technical expertise in
    data management using STATA or SPSS or R or CS Pro with experience with
    programming in CAPI with Survey Solutions or ODK based platforms.
  • At least five years’ experience in data production analysis and
    management with a reputable organisation.
  • Previous experience in designing, delivering training and capacity
    building activities or other teaching experience.
