Job Summary:   The Customer Service Executive will mainly
support customers, provide helpful information, answer inquiries, respond to
complaints and offer front line support to customers.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Buildnet Customer Service Executive  job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a
    Business Field from a recognized institution
  • One year of experience in an accounting role.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken
    English
  • Proficiency in Local languages is desired
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
