Job Summary: The Customer Service Executive will mainly
support customers, provide helpful information, answer inquiries, respond to
complaints and offer front line support to customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Buildnet Customer Service Executive job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a
Business Field from a recognized institution - One year of experience in an accounting role.
- Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken
English - Proficiency in Local languages is desired
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
