Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Carry
out successful installation of the Smart system at newly appointed service
providers’ sites, as well as training of system users and troubleshooting.
·
Provide
support to the Smart system and users at the installed provider sites in line
with the defined Smart procedures.
·
Carry
out short-term projects on Graphics design and video manipulation for the
department.
·
Call
center support
·
Engage
in multiple short-term projects driving innovation for online platform
development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a University degree in any ICT related field.
·
Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
·
Confident,
articulate and with strong written and verbal communication skills.
·
Ability
to work independently and take full responsibility of assigned tasks.
·
Proactive
and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
·
Experience
in Graphics design and video manipulation will be an added advantage
