that strives to offer affordable reproductive health services through a range
of static clinics and outreaches to communities.

These services are free for long-term and permanent methods
of family planning to the underprivileged communities through our nationwide
mobile outreach services. At our static clinics, services are offered at a fee
and charges for all services are clearly displayed in all our clinics

Job Summary:  Reporting
to the Cluster Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to provide leadership
and oversight of the successful delivery high-impact and high-quality
comprehensive and voluntary family planning (FP) services provided by an
Outreach Team. Outreach is a strategic channel for providing greater access to
rural communities with unmet need and unmet demand for family planning
services, especially long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) and permanent
methods. Clinical outreach is a primary service delivery channel under the
Programme Directorate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       
An Outreach Team Leader is responsible for
ensuring the delivery of high quality family planning and counselling and
service provision by his/her outreach team. In addition to the Team Leader,
each outreach team includes one to three additional providers (trained in
comprehensive counselling, PAC/PAC FP, STMs, and LARCs), and one Transport
Assistant or Mobile Counsellor.

 S/he must
be qualified and competent to provide permanent methods.

·       
S/he is responsible for the appropriate
supervision and quality of service delivery provided by the Outreach Team.

·       
S/he is responsible for correct, complete and
timely submission of all outreach records and performance data.

·       
 S/he is
responsible for empowering all Outreach Team members: 1) meet and exceed MSI
global minimum standards for quality and agreed programme deliverables; and 2)
comply with all MS UG policies and procedures.

·       
Outreach Team Leader will be part of Outreach
Team Clusters that will empower and hold teams accountable for performance
through mutual responsibility, accountability and risk management across the
outreach channel.

·       
Outreach Team Leaders are expected to work
together to continuously improve the quality of outreach services, standards of
care, and effective implementation of services according to work plans and
budgets.

·       
Through the clusters, Outreach Team Leaders will
use data to analyse performance, raise key issues, and monitor performance to
ensure delivery of measurable results and demonstrate strong fiscal management
of donor resources.
