Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Psalms Food Industries Ltd was founded in 2010 as a family owned business and one of the leading
manufacturers of snacks. The company sells its products in 5 countries which
comprise of the East African Community as well as the COMESA member countries
and it is still expanding. Of all locally manufactured snacks, we offer the
best distribution in supermarkets, schools and to our distributors in D.R.C,
Rwanda, Kenya and South Sudan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Aggressive grow sales volume so as to meet
daily, weekly and monthly set targets.
·
Receive customer’s feedback to assess their
requirements, risks and challenges.
·
Maintain outstanding stock and visual
merchandising standards with customers. Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellent sales service.
·
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
·
Effectively plan supply activities to ensure
sales orders are delivered on time.
·
Recommend and display issues that match customer
needs.
·
Manage point – of sale process.
·
Keep up to date with brand and product
knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s
Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or Business Administration with specialisation
in marketing from a recognised institution.
·
Full or partial CIM qualification will be of
added advantage
·
One to two years of experience in sales and
marketing.
·
Knowledge and practical skills in use of
computer.
·
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
·
Excellent organisation skills and ability to
multi-task with minimal supervision.
·
Age: 25-30 years
