Job Summary:  The Section Head Mechanical will support the
production process of EUL by improving plant availability, plant health and
increasing asset life through application of good leadership and electrical
engineering practices aimed at meeting the overall EUL business strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      
Executes Design work

·      
Performs technical duties

·      
Delivers standardization output

·      
Contributes to the integrity of the asset base

·      
Consults on discipline related issues

·      
Department Administration

·      
Supervises engineers in area of responsibility

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering

·      
Compulsory Professional registration reputable
body

·      
Registered Engineer with Uganda Engineers
Registration Board.

·      
At least 6 years of practical and related work
experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a hydro power plant

·      
Two Years Supervisory
