Job summary: The Manager Quality
Assurance will be responsible for the management and control of JBN‘s Quality
Management System. He/she shall be responsible for reviewing and quality
assurance of all company documents and reports in the Environment and
Development Departments. The Manager shall be responsible for project setup,
delivery, controls, contract management, as well as serve in a Business
Development/client satisfaction function when the need arises.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·      
The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree
in environment science, environmental engineering, sociology or related fields;

·      
At least 7 years‘ experience managing large and
complex consultancy projects;

·      
Proven experience in managing financial and
technical QA/QC aspects of projects;

·      
Proven experience in QA/QC at technical
assignments, proposals and reports; and

·      
Demonstrated success with staff supervision,
contract and client management.
