affordable cost”. Dream Africa has various branches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono
and Jinja.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in teacher recruitment,
compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations,
employee engagement and talent development initiatives. - Execute company HR initiatives,
providing great internal customer support, driving HR functional
excellence and process improvement. - Align/implement all HR related policies,
processes, and standard operating procedures in the schools.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a minimum of Bachelors in Human Resource
or Industrial Psychology or relatively related course. - Possession of post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management is
an added advantage. - Three years of experience leading a team
- Well conversant with labor laws and Employment Act Uganda
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the Education Act of Uganda
- Be presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have commitment to work in within a team and ability to work with
minimum supervision.
