affordable cost”. Dream Africa has various branches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono
and Jinja.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Engage in teacher recruitment,
  compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations,
  employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
• Execute company HR initiatives,
  providing great internal customer support, driving HR functional
  excellence and process improvement.
• Align/implement all HR related policies,
  processes, and standard operating procedures in the schools.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant should hold a minimum of Bachelors in Human Resource
  or Industrial Psychology or relatively related course.
• Possession of post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management is
  an added advantage.
• Three years of experience leading a team
• Well conversant with labor laws and Employment Act Uganda
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the Education Act of Uganda
• Be presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have commitment to work in within a team and ability to work with
  minimum supervision.
