Job Summary:  The Administrative
Officer  will provide support to the
branches through coordination, office communications and schedules, type
letters and other documents, take minutes, oversee office mails, logistics,
supervise office cleanliness, attend to visitors and inventory management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate must hold a  diploma or degree in any business-related
  • Good Knowledge and ability to manage inventory
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of computer application (word , Excel and emailing)
  • Experience in working in a busy environment, with Supervisory role
    for at least two years preferably a microfinance institution will be an
    added advantage.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
