About US:

The Uganda
Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) was established under the Uganda Broadcasting
Corporation Act of 2005 to provide for a successor corporate body to Radio
Uganda and Uganda Television. It is mandated to provide national radio and
television services. It is a limited liability company wholly owned by the
Government of Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC)
    Manager IA & Risk Management career opportunity must hold a Degree
    preferably in B.com, BBA (Accounting) or any other related field.
  • A Professional Accounting qualification such as CIA,CERM, ACCA, CPA
    (U), CPA (K)
  • Membership to the Institute of Internal Auditors of Uganda will be
    an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting packages
  • At least five years of auditing/accounting experience, five years of
    which at managerial level in a reputable organization.
  • Highly motivated, innovative and a committed team player.
