a hurting world”. MTI-UG has established activities in West Nile and South
Western Uganda. We provide Comprehensive Primary Health Care, Reproductive
Health, HIV/AIDS and Nutrition.

Job Summary:  The Inventory & Assets Accountant will be responsible
for inventory and assets management with special focus on data entry, analysis
and communication through ERP system in line with MTI and donor policies and
guidelines

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant for the Medical Teams International (MTI) Inventory
    & Assets Accountant job must hold a University Degree in, Commerce,
    Accounting & Finance, Procurement and Logistics, supply chain
    Management or Business Administration
  • Professional certification minimum level 3
  • At least three years of progressive experience in Inventory &
    Assets Mgt.
  • Two years of supervisory experience is required
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management
  • In-depth knowledge of NGO Accounting and reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Training and Capacity building
