electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is
providing full service support for TECNO, Itel, & Infinix three worldwide
famous mobile phone brands.

Job Summary:  Carlcare is looking for a suitable candidate
for position of Human Resource Officer who will work under our subsidiary
affiliate called Egatee.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for providing expertise & fulfillment of recruitment
    needs across the office in a timely manner
  • Identify appropriate resourcing solutions depending on the nature of
    the role whilst maintaining our focus on direct hiring and low-cost
    sourcing
  • Maintaining a secure & accurate database of staff information
    (both hard & softcopy)
  • Managing Training & Development processes
  • Effective and timely payroll management
  • Ensure effective use of a number of systems and tools
  • Manage on-boarding process ensuring it is conducted accurately and
    smoothly with the relevant internal teams kept up to date
  • Conducting market mapping using a variety of tools and actively
    approaching candidate
  • Production of timely and accurate reports relating to staff data
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and demonstrating
    best practice at all times

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant for the Carlcare Human Resource Officer job must hold
    a Bachelor’s degree in business related course
  • Three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
