Western Uganda
Cotton Company Ltd (WUCC) is a renowned Cotton company operating in Kasese
District (Western Uganda) but expanded its operations to the East and North
through its sister company, North Bukedi Cotton Company Ltd (NBCC). NBCC and
WUCC were both registered in Uganda in 1995 and 2005, respectively.

Job Summary:  The Gin Manager to oversee the operations at
the two Gins located in Kasese (WUCC) and Mbale (NBCC), respectively. The
successful candidate will be required to commute between the two facilities on
a regular basis.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant must hold a tertiary education qualification
• At least ten years of experience in this particular role, together
  with a sound knowledge of the Ugandan Cotton Sector.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong managerial skills with proven track records
• Capable of establishing strong team dynamics within the operational
  environment
• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours

Package: Salary
will be commensurate to candidate’s experience.
