leisure and hospitality resort.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer services;
• Greet, escort and present menus to customers;
• Make suggestions based on their preferences;
• Take and serve food/drinks orders;
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate;
• Arrange table settings;
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times;
• Check products for quality;
• Deliver bills and collect payments;
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff;
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing
  additional information with restaurant patrons.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant must hold a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree
  in any field.
• One year of experience as a waiter or waitress;
• Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal
  relationships with colleagues and customers;
• Good physical condition;
• Customer-centric;
• Skills: Basic
  arithmetic skills, Attentiveness, and patience for customersExcellent
  professionalism, Strong organizational, multitasking skills, with the
  ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, Active listening,
  Effective communication skills, Team spirit and Flexibility to work in
  shifts
