The American Refugee
Committee (ARC International) is an International nonprofit,
nonsectarian organization that provides humanitarian assistance and training to
millions of beneficiaries around the world.

Job Summary:  The Administrative Assistant will be
responsible for providing general administrative support at the field level to
ensure that the office is running in a smooth and efficient manner. S/he will
be responsible for stores management and logistics handling at field level in
line with Operations guidelines.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC
    International) Administrative Assistant job must hold Bachelor’s
    Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Social Sciences or a
    related field.
  • A Certificate in Front / Office
    Administration or Management is added Advantage.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant
    working experience in providing general Office Administrative support,
    Stores management and Logistics handling in a busy organization preferably
    in a humanitarian agency.
  • High level of integrity and
  • Excellent computer, writing and
    communication skills, including proven report writing skills.
