Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participates in the formulation of the Company's Business to Government (B2G).
  • Responsible for the execution of the Company's B2G.
  • Studies the market to understand and/or identify changes in clients' requirements.
  • Leads the effort on prospection and acquisition of new B2G clients.
  • Ensures that Total delivers on its commitment to the Government Accounts.
  • Keenly monitors the cost and pricing of the products and services offered to B2G clients to ensure sales volumes and margins generated are aligned to the Company's Sales-margin objective.
  • Participates in the formulation and leads the effort to implement the Company's marketing, communication and promotion strategies for Government.
  • Implements and monitors corporate Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards/requirements in all the B2G activities.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicants for the TOTAL Commercial Sales Executive job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Engineering or any business related field of study.
  • A Masters Degree in Business Administration shall be  an added advantage
  • Five years of work experience in Account and Relationship Management in a busy sales and marketing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, presentation and decision making skills.
  • Should be innovative, self-driven and result oriented.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and work in a diverse team.
  • Should possess a valid Driver's Licence.
