Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and monitor corporate Health, Safety, Environment and
    Quality standards and programs in relation to the TOTAL Lubricants on the
    B2B Channel.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of the Lubricants Sales
    strategy and Business Plan development for the B2B Channel.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of the Lubricants
    communication and promotions strategies.
  • Prospect and manage the relationship between Total and Lubricants
    Clients on the B2B Channel.
  • Offer technical support to the B2B Lubes Clients.
  • Monitor, identify and communicate changes in the market conditions.
  • Ensure that all clients have valid contracts.
  • Maintain cordial relationship with clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicants for the TOTAL Lubricants Sales Engineer job
    opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial
    Chemistry or related field.
  • Three years of work experience in Lubricants sales, or in a
    manufacturing or related field.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Should possess a valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
  • Must have a high level of integrity.
  • Must have good analytical, communication and report writing skills.
