Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support in the preparation, review, renewal, custody and
    backup of various Agreements
  • Maintain an up to date the contract schedule.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure that the Company has
    contracts with all business partners.
  • Conduct insurance placement by annual tender for insurance policies.
  • Coordinate debt collection matters with External Counsel and provide
    updates to the Credit Committee.
  • Provide Legal advisory services and Risk management.
  • Participate in the deployment and implementation of the Group Compliance
    Programs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicants for the TOTAL Legal Officer job opportunity should
    hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
  • Three years of work experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
  • Must have a proactive mind.
  • Must have a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and report writing skills.
