Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Keenly monitor postings on critical accounts.
  • Control and report on a monthly basis actual fixed costs versus
    budgeted data.
  • Regularly analyse and propose areas of improvement to reduce fixed
    costs.
  • Report delays in postings of monthly fixed expenses.
  • Collect data for the budget.
  • Prepare adhoc reports for management.
  • Manage profit and loss cost center master data in SAP.
  • Manage vendor master data in SAP.
  • Manage and follow up on the investment budget.
  • Participate in the monthly stock taking.
  • Any other section activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicants for the TOTAL Budget and Reporting Analyst job
    opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting,
    Business Administration or related field.
  • Functional skills in Accounting and Microsoft packages.
  • One year of work experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Should be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self motivated.
  • Must have a high level of integrity.
  • Must have good analytical, communication and report writing skills.
