Job Summary:  The Programme Analyst – Quality Control,
Learning and Policy Support will  provide
high quality managerial support for programme implementation, knowledge
management and learning for policy advocacy at both national and field levels.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate for the United Nations UNFPA Programme Analyst –
    Quality Control, Learning and Policy Support job opportunity should hold
    an advanced university degree in social sciences, economics, laws or
    development studies 
  • Training or exposure in strategic communications and marketing will
    be an asset.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience
  • Experience working with International Development partners is
    desirable
  • Excellent computer/information systems skills
  • Understanding of the UN system in general, and especially UNFPA’s
    mandate, policies, operations and development topics within the Ugandan
    setting is an added advantage
  • Languages: Fluency
    in oral and written English
