Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education,
    Development Studies, Social Sciences, Gender Studies or any other relevant
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of two years of program management experience in a
    reputable and busy Organization

  • Documentation required Includes: A Cover letter, CV, Certified

    documentary evidence of all experience claimed, recent passport photograph
    attached on each application and reference letters from three different
    referees, one being a current or most recent supervisor.
