Job Summary:  The Business Analyst/ Sales Administrator will
analyze, generate reports, research, and communicate sales performance data and
to produce information to ensure that the company’s sales strategy is achieved.
The ideal candidate will analyze, generate reports, research, and communicate

sales strategy is achieved.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting: -To
    provide timely daily/Weekly and Monthly effective reporting and analysis
    to each sales channel to ensure that full visibility of the operation is
    gained at all times to grow sales and Revenue
  • Development and implement new solutions to aid the sales and
    distribution operations and execution including Target setting on a
    monthly basis. Monitor daily trends from Retail stores and direct sales.
  • To develop reporting & tools system that gives an accurate and
    deep insight into sales information. Collaborate with IT Teams and other
    relevant departments to provide enabling support delivery S&D goals on
    time to management that will allow intelligent business decisions to be
    made.
  • Provide the sales team with information that allows intelligent
    business decisions to be made and ensure compliance with policies, systems
    and methodologies established and approved by the business as well as
    regular review and implementation of benchmarks set the business.
  • Evaluate Go to market solutions and recommend improvements to ease
    execution of sales initiatives well as to own the end to end process of
    reporting/trends and sales projections, including requisite development of
    systems and processes to Maintain good coordination and collaboration with
    other departments
  • Prepare/compute Sales Team commission computations as well as to
    coordinate execution of all internal and external sales events activations
    and daily, monthly and annual sales meetings.
  • Respond to product related questions from field/staff in timely and
    accurate manner, Handle sales complaints such as stock outs, stock buffer
    Vs Targets, and to monitor sales processes.
  • Track sales performance Provide sales trend / forecast / projections
    for management decisions with daily SMS report monitoring,
    Coordinate/support the regional Sales Managers’ in preparation of Special
    reports/facilitate meeting of S&D Target deadlines and processes
  • To use skills in data design and modeling techniques to develop
    analytics, reports and their representation as per agreed formats to Work
    and to complete assigned projects within allocated budget and timelines.
  • Analyze trade requirements, provide optimal sales development
    solutions and identify competitor information to guide business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a degree in computer science, electronics /
    electrical , operations, management, or a related field 
  • At least four years of experience in an operational support role;
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with vendors to add
    value to a business;
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and recommend
    new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements
    in business objectives;
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding
    expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills (multiple language
    will be an advantage), with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy;
  • Business driven, people focused, with exceptional influencing
    skills; Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and
    time-management skills;

    environmental benefits.
