Key Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of Arua Field Office Logistics
Officer, the Logistics Assistant- General Means will be responsible for;
  • Assist in steering the Arua or Moyo/Yumbe office’s logistics
    management.
  • Assist in Supervising the management and use of the vehicle fleet
    and other means of transport in compliance with internal regulations and
    the security plan;
  • Assist in managing technical equipment
  • Assist in managing/overseeing the management of general services
    (expatriate staff accommodation, offices and storage facilities)
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of the program’s security
    rules



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Handicap International (Humanity &
    Inclusion) Logistics Assistant – General Means job must hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering in
    Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • Practical experience in repairing/maintenance of  Office Equipment

  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
