About Compassion Project:
Agape Pentecostal
Fellowship is a registered ministry with a mission of bringing in people to
experience God’s love, and mature them for ministry and eternal life of all age
groups children inclusive. We have existed for over 7 years working in
partnership with Compassion International in fulfilling the great commission as
mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is done in a
holistic approach which includes Child Development Ministry.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Degree in any of the following
    fields; Social Work & Social Administration, Education, Mass
    Communication, Social Sciences, Development studies, Community Psychology,
    Theology and any other related disciplines.
  • Five years’ experience in the field of children ministry in
    different capacities as Child Development Officer as a CDO – Sponsor Donor
    Relations and Health.
  • Be a committed born-again Christian
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be able to lead a team.
  • Ability to speak multiple local languages preferable Ateso and
    Lugwere will be an added advantage.
  • Above 25 years
