Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keenly monitor, document and report key learnings, best practices,
and outcomes - Support the monitors in Collecting, validating and entering Programme
data and share aggregated information from it with different departments / units - Capacity build staff on the tools that are used by the field team
and ensure that the team does proper filling of the tools and the
documents have been sent to the M&E manager in time, - Compile documentation for learning, accountability, reporting
- Support staff to write stories of change
- Verify and Compile KPIs
for Whave in liaison with the Programme Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Whave Monitoring & Evaluation
Officer job must hold a degree or higher qualification in computer science
or related subject, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
programmes - Excellent organisational skills in logistics, scheduling and
communications - Hands-on mobile monitoring experience is desirable preferable
experience in rural areas of developing countries - Willingness to live in Kaabong & Moroto.
